Meet our facilitators:

Our hiking facilitators are experienced hikers with certifications in behavioral science and CPR. As members of the PhillyHikingBeauties, they are fully trained to work with children, including undergoing background checks and meeting all necessary requirements.

With a passion for nature and a love for new adventures, our facilitators embrace challenges and continuously grow through their work with the Little Hiking Beauties Program. This experience has not only deepened their connection with the outdoors but also enhanced their ability to guide and inspire the Little Hiking Beauties.

  • The program is offered to girls in the Delaware County, PA area, with priority given to those who reside in Upper Darby Township.

  • We believe nature is the best playground and are passionate about encouraging young girls to explore, learn, and grow through outdoor experiences. Participants will connect with local community resources while engaging in fun, hands-on activities such as hiking, nature journaling, gardening, and so much more.

    Through these adventures, girls will build confidence, foster friendships, and develop a deeper appreciation for the world around them.

  • Our program is led by a dedicated team, all of whom have obtained the required background clearances to work with children. We look forward to introducing our team leads as the program date approaches.

  • We’ll be kicking things off on May 9th! The program runs for 7 weeks and features a fun, engaging, and hands-on curriculum designed to keep everyone active and excited.
